I would use the agent again
- No branch selected
- Lettings (as a Tenant)
- No postcode selected.
* Prompt response to reported problems
* Good notification of 6 monthly landlord checks
* Didn't have to pay much in Admin fees as paid 6 months rent up front
* Patchy/shoddy decoration
Hoping to move in the next few months so I hope not to have too much issue re: having my deposit returned a the house is in a better decorative state after 2 years of my tenancy than it was when I first moved in!
Will update review if I have problems.
