Paul was very helpful and understood that I needed a lot of help as a first time buyer. He listened to my property requirements v well and also gave good advice about the area in general. He was also not too pushy which I find suffocating. He was a friendly face to me in a new and daunting area meaning as a first time buyer not Redhill! :)
