I would not use the agent again

Terrible service, late to viewings, lies about offers and refuses to pass on offers to the vendor.
Would not sell, buy or let through them as I would feel cheated.

Richmonds feel this is a bogus comment made by another agent. Should someone have a legitimate complaint please make contact direct, as we take grate pride and care in our business and welcome constructive feedback.
