I would not use the agent again

I enquired about a property and whether their was any specific terms which the landlord had imposed, i was informed that i would be called back once they had recieved an answer.
When calling back later in the week to see if any progress has been made, I was advised I had been misinformed, standard contracts were always used and that she was unwilling to speak to the owner to clarify his position.
While lettings agents are busy, the tone of the conversation was dismissive and a poor reflection on how the agency conducts themselves.
I found this even more suprising, given the property had been on the market over four months.
