The price was the first attraction, over 75% less than any other agent offered. Once I decided to go with them, everything happened smoothly and quickly. Had some very nice photos taken which were included in the price. I was also very impressed with the clearly stated documentation. James is a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. In fact I have been doing that to everyone who has a property to rent or sell.
