I would not use the agent again

Earlsfields branch.
I was absolutely disgusted how Mr Costello and the manager himself act with me when I rented the flat throught them, they didnt' give me all the correct information about price and charge for the letting and after a month time I'm still waiting the contract and I had to contact the head office and the ARLA to deal with.
the worst people with whom I had to do in my whole life, terrible, never reccomend to use the office in Earlsfield or to have to deal with the all agency, any branch, they made me call every morning, never call me back and all the time speak with different person and expain hundred times my problem, HORRIBLE.

Well Sam, I must say the story you have written is indeed one to be laughed at. I have spent all day in hysterics, you should write comedy or fictional novels. Although this website is clearly structured to besmirch the agent's reputation, it does not provide a forum for me to rate you on how much of a nightmare tenant from hell you were! However for the avoidance of doubt if you were the last tenant on the planet and I was a landlord I would rather get repossessed than rent to you...Landlords beware!!!!

I think Mr Costellos reply in this matter only supports "sam"'s story as it clearly shows a lack of professionalism and disrespect for your clients. How about responding to the actual points she made instead of resorting to personal attacks? Having dealt with Barnard Marcus myself (a different branch however, I should point out) I am gobsmacked about how unprofessional they were. If I conducted business the way those guys did I wouldn't have any clients left.
