I would not use the agent again

Awful. bad from the word go. They owe my landlord 2 months rent which they held from him, also owe me my deposit.

These guys have taken my tenant's deposit which they should have kept with the DPS. I am trying to get this money back for my tenant's but having no luck , as it seems that have used peoples funds to keep the business running. I am in contact with SFP who are the administrators' for TPS but they aren't much hello either. They have found accounts that TPS used to run but cannot confirm who's money is on these accounts. I am thinking of taking criminal proceedings against the directors of TPS and would be grateful if any other landlords'/tenants would contact me to discuss the issues and to take the next steps.
