The sale of our property (which the agent also dealt with) was relatively straight forward. During the period of sale which happened after apx 3 weeks of being put on the market the agent communicated effectively and ensured that the chain was maintained. The purchase of our house was less straight forward and there was a 7 month period from offer to exchange. The agent again communicated well and despite moments of extreme stress and worry we maintained a huge amount of confidence in the agent. They were honest and worked extremely hard in order to achieve the best for all parties within the chain. They were dynamic in their roles and displayed professionalism despite what must have been at times hugely frustrating, this in turn was greatly reassuring. I would highly recommend this agent. We purchased our dream home which was all down to Justin Prosser and Nick Griffith working consistently hard for 7 months.
