fish need water

We hadn't heard of fishneedwater when we saw them on a Google search, but thought with a name like that we'd get them over to see us at our house in Sydenham. They returned to us with a wealth of data that they had taken the trouble to research and gave very clear reasons for their valuation - something infact the other agents didn't bother to do! They also quoted us fee's which we're lower than every other agent we had considered, so we thought we'd try and give them a shot at it. I think I should mention also just how fantastic the photography was (this definitely speeded up the sale of our property). They actually sent a professional over who was really very good and our listing on Rightmove looked fabulous. We started marketing for a few weeks before Christmas without luck, however they kept in touch with us and took our listing off over the holiday break. When they re-advertised they had a new strategy and after listening we decided to take their advice. And it worked! Within no time at all we had several offers on the table, which is amazing considering the present climate! The thing that really sealed the deal was their excellence was when it came to the negotiating the sale price, this was where they pushed our buyers hard! We were absolutely delighted with their result! Now we have sold and moved into our new home which is just fabulous. I recommend them wholeheartedly as they made the experience a very smooth and stressless one and we wish them every success for their future.
