I would not use the agent again

Have never written an online review before but the extreme lack of service provided by Elizabeth Pryce prompted me to do this.
We experienced the following
- A bill where the VAT had been charged twice
- A contract with both of our names were wrong
- A contract with margins set wrong so you couldn't read crucial clauses
- A contract with the wrong inventory checkout cost
- An attempt to arrange the check out before we had checked out.
Elizabeth Pryce regularly ignore emails for days and sometimes never respond.
It was the worst agent experience I have had in London.

Im sorry you had such a bad experience, mine has been fantastic, i have never dealt with such professional people.
My emails have been responded promptly and I there is always someone able to help me.
I have actually been renting a property through them for the last 5 years, and all the maintenance issues are dealt with straight away.
I would high;y recommend it, Certainily way better that Foxtons....maybe you should rent a property through them, and perhaps then you will see what is a crap Estate Agent.

I agree with you, I experienced similar at EP and was forced to move the management of my property to another agent in the area - I did however get an apology from the manager, Paul, who acknowledged that his staff were next to useless.

I am sorry you seem to have had a bad experience with this agency. However I rented a property through elizabeth pryce and found there management staff to be absolutely fantastic they went far and above what is expected from an agent. Arranged all my move in recommended contractors etc. I would and have recommended this small independent agency to friends and colleagues. You obviously haven't been renting long.

After renting through Foxtons at Canary Wharf, Elizabeth Pryce was a vast improvement. I found them to be honest, helpful and friendly, particularly Paul and Sarah. If I were to rent again they would definitely be top of my list.Perhaps those who have written a poor review rented through the Wanstead branch.
