I would not use the agent again

I have used Coopers to rent our my property snce August 2004. Since, February 2007, I have had to chase Coopers to forward the money that they collected from my tenants into my bank account.
They charge all their fees upfront which is very dubious practice. They charged me a 12 month contract renewal fee and then when the tenants announced that they were moving out were unable to produce a new twelve month tenancy agreement.
Short staffed. Avoid at all costs!
