I would not use the agent again

Services:

Sales (Prospective customer)

The manager at Nuneaton office Warwickshire is extremely rude and allows her staff to be rude too to prospective clients. Totally unacceptable and will be talked about at our property conference of peoples experiences. I'm not the only asian they were rude too. Hope they are not a team of racists. I will be contacting an estates lawyer to raise my concerns legally.

   Hi and so sorry of your very bad experience with them. I have had a similar running with the manager at nuneaton office and must admit the manager and her team member were extremely rude to me too. However i did recieve a phone call from Mr Hawkins today of apology, which i appreciated. I will be following up what the company complaints procedures are and would recommend you contact Mr Hawkins too directly. Good luck.
