fish need water

This is my first experience of renting my property as I am moving overseas so with some trepidation (due to friends bad experiences) I hit the Internet to select an agent. Being a contrary individual I was instantly attracted to the name, I liked the idea of young fresh thinking, especially as I'm neither of those things! Dave came to see us and was instantly likeable, extremely professional, gave lots of advice and opinion backed up by facts (I'm in sales myself so straight talking is a must). We have a great tenant within 4 weeks and are delighted. So my initial misgivings....well my flat is in West London and FNW are in South London and all former properties seemed to be in that location, no need to worry Dave and team are so knowledgable about new media and how to utilise it, it made no difference. His technical knowledge is extensive and he has even been kind enough to advise us on our house sale which is in a completely different part of the country and there is nothing in it for him. Please give this young business the support it deserves, IQ know other agents are more established with big budgets but the level of care and attention and dare I say honesty you receive from a smaller, more focussed operation like FNW is well worth it.
