I'd have to presume from your positive feedback that you have not been with Queensgate very long (give it time they will show how incompetent they are) OR you are a member of the company!

lol I'd have to agree with Singbear,
Very quick....to take your money. Effective...at avoiding returning all of your phone calls or dealing with any problems you may have.
They are very good at lying though, I'll give them that. Or not very good actually come to think of it, infact they're very bad at lying, totally unconvincing bless them lol
These people make X Factor contestants look amateur.
Avoid! Unless you enjoy being constantly frustrated & bullied by incompetent muppets.
