Ian at Micheal Hardy in Crowthorne and the entire team there are a cut above the rest when it comes to buying and selling houses in my opinion. Having dealt with other agents in the area, I had a direct comparison, and I would say this team's strength is based on maturity and outstanding customer service-house buying and selling is supposed to be stressful, but the one thing that can help alleviate some of that stress is communication, and Ian was on the ball the whole way through the process, even when he had nothing to report he kept in touch and as a buyer I really appreciated that. Approachable, mature, with top customer service skills-oh if only all estate agents could match up, house buying really wouldn't be as stressful as it normally is.
