I would use the agent again

The agent was a positive and presentable person. He went out of his way in helping to book viewings near office closing hours as I was only available for after work weekday viewings.
After a sale was agreed, however, I did find that their responsiveness to my questions were not as quick, which lead to a slightly negative view of Romans, although they did get back to me eventually.
