I would not use the agent again

Terrrible service. incorrect bills, failure to return phone calls. Agressive when you go to their office, theatening behaviour.

Can I suggest you write to Greg Hedges and request his complaints proceedure and timeframe for him to respond and then register the complaint with ARLA (Association of Rental Letting Agents) .We can then have this accreditation removed so that we can warn other tenants and landlords not to work with Duck & Hedges.
