I would use the agent again

We found a home to rent in Surrey through Bourne's, but the landlord pulled out 2 days before because work commitments were going to force her to move back in the property. Bourne's were very apologetic, even though it was outside of their control, and were able to show us suitable equivalent homes the following day (one day before our original move date).
Thanks to Bourne's, we were able to view an even better property & submit an offer (Thurs, pay the remaining deposit with first month's rent, sign contracts and move in within 24 hours (Fri - the following day!).
A fantastic effort by Josh Holt and Jon Pepper from Bourne's saved the day, and meant that we did not have to repeat the credit / background checks with another agency. I have dealt with a number of agencies in the past and Bourne's is top of my list.
