My first dealing with Martin & Wright as I was recommended to them via another landlord/friend of mine. From the word go they were professional and enthusiastic about marketing/letting my property and offered a competitive rate. Found me a tenant quickly and processed it through with the minimum of fuss! References were done efficiently and properly and I now have a wonderful tenant.
