Ludlow Thompson provided invaluable tactical advice on my property and the options available to me in both the lettings and sales markets. Jay Izzet's assessment of the market was extremely accurate and once I had made my decision to let, he was highly effective in finding appropriate tenants - in this case within 24 hours for a long term tenancy.
Jay has been been very easy to deal without throughout the process and is incredibly responsive - he has reverted to me within a matter of minutes on all my queries.
I would happily recommend both Jay and Ludlow Thompson to any other prospective landlords.
