I would not use the agent again

Terrible. Put deposit down may 2007 flat now still not complete no licence obtained, information poor service terrible looks like we have lost deposit any one using these needs to think very carefully and double and treble check paperwork use at your peril we know of several others who have same view and tking legal action against them
