Darren Warmisham at Ludlow Thompson in East Dulwich has been absolutely brilliant in sourcing good, reliable tenants for my flat. The last time it took him (and Ludlow Thompson) less than a day to secure great tenants for a 30 month contract. He is sharp, on the ball, and very responsive to emails/calls which as a landlord is invaluable. I would not hesitate in using him again and again.
