They did the same thing to me. Even pretended to have called me 'accidentally' pretending they were calling him. Don't suppose his name was Shalanky?

Having searched various agents on this site, i have noticed that you have slated every agent that you have come into contact with. I work in a customer service related industry as well and know first hand that no matter what lengths you go to some people will never be pleased. I recently bought through Keatons and found them to be both honest and trust worthy. Ignore this joker.

To Cohen: You're not fair with the guy. Musicben only reviewed Keatons, Foxtons and Felicity J Lord. He gave Felicity J Lord 4 stars and one star to Foxtons.

I dont understand how you can make up a buyer up until completion. Did you not have a solicitor?
Was a survey not done?
Clearly this is a blatant lie as if you knew anything about the process you would be aware that this is not possible.

The above comment is very right. How can you be lied right up until completion? Why would they do this? It wouldn't be in their business interests, not profitable, just a waste of time.
If they lied to you about this you must be utterly stupid.

Total nonsense and you have just shown yourself to be both a liar and a fool. You would have had to have solicitors involved, and what about exchange of contracts? Ridiculous. I think a lot of people like to jump on the bandwagon and bash estate agents for no good reason.

Music Ben do you work for Felicity J Lord by any chance?
