Bushells
Bushells has not joined our 'transparent agent' scheme yet.
"If only I had known about this site before.." the most common comment we get posted from reviewers that have had a bad experience. So in response, allAgents has introduced the "transparent agent" scheme to help identify agents that are open about independent customer feedback and have nothing to hide. The scheme is FREE to join and as an incentive, allAgents will provide them with FREE LANDLORD & VENDOR ENQUIRES.
Click here and Join the 1000s of Delighted customers that have had success with our recommended agents. If however you do choose to use Bushells, please make them aware of the scheme and ask them to get in touch if they want to become a member. - Learn more about 'Transparent Agents'.

This is simply untrue. Keys are collected from offices when contract is signed. Bushells does not issue S21 on move-in. We NEVER keep deposits, they are hald in accordance with 2004 Housing Act and returned in accordance with the terms of the same. If your issues were true, you should have made a complaint rather than post anonymous allegations.

Bushells has asked All Agents to remove this false review. Our lettings software will not allow notice under S21 of 1988 Housing Act to be generated until after the deposit is registered and as a matter of course this notice is never served without the Landlords express instructions. Further, Bushells has no mandate to retain or return deposits without the consent of both Landlord and Tenant. In the event the two parties cannot agree, the matter is referred for adjudication by the TDS. The Law requires an agent to remain impartial.
All agents has declined but has not offered any reason and instead suggested we respond on this site. Nevertheless - the star rating is adversely affected which is disappointing and misleading.
