Dear Lefizz,
Morgan Randall prides itself on offering the highest level of customer service and takes each and every complaint we receive seriously. We are a company who encourages all feedback, both positive and negative to ensure that we are continually improving our service to all our customers. We are a dynamic and fast growing organisation and as such we are constantly reviewing our systems so that our levels of customer service are always superior to that of our competitors. Our customers are valued and recognised as the most important part of our business, without whom we would not be able to achieve our great success. As with any organisation there will always be complaints and areas which could be improved on however, if the message is not communicated through the correct channels there is very little that can be done about it. If the grievance is never brought to our attention, it makes it extremely difficult for a solution to be found.
