Steve Dillon's knowledge, experience and professionalism was outstanding - guiding me through the daunting process of getting a mortgage and life insurance to purchase my first house. After a disappointing meeting with my estate-agents own in-house mortgage adviser, I arranged an appointment with Steve where he listened to all my requirements and offered refreshingly frank and trustworthy advice. He helped me select the best mortgage for my needs, with the right balance between the initial deposit, interest rate, monthly re-payments and associated moving costs in a way which was very transparent and easy to understand. Steve kept me informed throughout the entire house-buying process and continues to keep in touch with useful tips (over-payments etc). When my chosen conveyancers lacked in communication leading up to completion of the sale, Steve was always on-hand to bridge the gap and make me feel at ease during what could have been a very stressful few weeks. He even sent me a New Home card in the post, a very thoughtful gesture which sums up Steve's friendly and honest approach - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve Dillon by name to all of my friends and family.

Steve could not do more for us. He kept in contact all the time. He even let us know when he was on holiday but said we could contact him because we where at a critical time on completion.
I would recommend Steve without hesitation ...
