Today I finally exchanged after a very long 8 months ! I only have my Estate Agent (Bonnie Pooley at Streets Ahead) to thank for this. Throughout the process of the sale, she has been nothing but a delight to deal with, she has kept the sale moving and more importantly always reassured me that we would get to exchange eventually. It is because of Bonnie's hard work and perseverance we finally have exchanged !!
I would recommend Streets Ahead and particularly Bonnie to any buyer/seller.
