I would use the agent again

Services:: Lettings (as a Tenant)

Overall positive. The only agents in the area willing to touch friends wanting to share, others could not get rid quick enough. A little slow on responding to maintainence issues but only the little ones. They have a range of contractors from locksmiths to plumbers on retainer and we have found them all to be friendly and helpful. Some members of staff can be a little judgemental, they tend to make off hand comments about how tidy (but not how clean) we kept the property when conducting inspections. They where always up to date of PAC and Gas safety certs and always did as they said they would.
