I would not use the agent again

Unprofessional Conduct by Proprietor of Fresh Start Estate Agents. Trespassing and intrudung into property without 24 HOUR NOTICE or the tenants consent and not giving notice that changing locks i.e. tenants would have been unable to enter their rented property on a Friday afternoon!
The agent was showing prospective students the property whilst present female student tenant alone in the house who has just come out of the shower and only had a towel around her! she was totally unaware that anybody was in the house. she was alarmed and distressed when confronted by a strange man who did not have any identification coming towards her with a group of people following.
Despite being told repeatedly to leave he was reluctant to do so even though the mention of dialing the Police !
Eventualy he left leaving 1 door key for 6 tenants his parting remark was "we had better leave she only has a towel on"
