This agent is extremely rude and domineering, my contract was for 12 months with a break clause after 6 months, the notice period was 2 months, I asked to have the notice period changed to 1 month after I had been in the property for 6 months and she said " it's 2 months BY LAW " I found this to be untrue and asked her about it, to which she replied " it's in the contract " , this the first and last time I will deal with Martin & co
