I would not use the agent again

Poor customer service, at taking every opportunity to fleece tenants. Upon finally escaping a contract with Atlantis - they still charge

I couldn't agree with you more. They provided a very bare-bones inventory, which hardly reflected the deficiencies with the apartment. On one of the quarterly visits, they had the nerve to tell me to get some professional to replaster the bathroom ceiling, when it was in the same condition when I moved in.
I still cannot believe they charge to provide a reference. I will NEVER use Atlantis again and will make sure I spread the news to everyone I know.
