Great experience with James Carter from Paramount. Listened properly at the outset so we didn't waste any time looking at places that wouldn't suit. Handled the negotiations really well. He also went the extra mile in sorting out some issues for us after we had moved in, which technically he didn't need to get involved with. All in all, a very professional guy working for a real estate company with proper decency.
