I would not use the agent again

Lettings (as a Tenant)

We used the Norwich branch. Appalling. The manager is rude, hangs up on you if he doesn't like what you're calling to tell him. Problems not rectified for weeks. We went without hot water for over a week! Noone knows what they're doing. Manager can't keep hold of staff unsuprisingly! STAY AWAY Do not use unless you want to be ripped off with fees tehy seem to make up on the spot!

    I agree, the manager is rude and likes to fob people off for as long as he can. I would never use Castle Estates again. If I was going to give anyone any advise stay well clear of Castle Estates.

    The staff try and help you when you have a problem, but the manager doesn't seem to care, unless you are giving him money!

    Nothing has changed tradesmen not paid hence repairs not completed in a satisfactory time. Rude, actually obnoxious to staff, tenants, landlords and tradespeople. Seems to find every step of adding money in a process and keeping deposits. Does he actually put these in the secure TD scheme?

    Still having the same problems, actually had to call out environmental health to get the damp and mould problem sorted, had to change the bed sheets every day as the damp was so bad the sheets were wet!! Awful people. Is there any way of contacting anyone else making reviews as we are trying to build a case against them due to even more problems.....?
