if you want to sell your propety less than you think it,s worth use this lot they seem to be good at that . my bungalow was valued by repitable estate agents at 165000 ,thought i'd try express due to the poor market because they promise to sell your house within weeks BUT ! at what price .they advertised my propety for 139950 to get viewers falling over themselves coming through the door and then arguing amongst themselves raising the price up to full market value and fighting over the propety , truth is not a single viewer it's all crap ,i then have a phonecall off an advisor telling me to drop the price by a further 10000 wow! this sounds good. i said why dont we go to 99000 that will get then through the door wont it i said , where does it end i wonder. i actually had to tell this ignorant woman that i would determine the sale price not her , it felt like a full blown arguement with someone trying to sell my house for me . it's a pathetic system if you want a good price for your propety , they work solely for thier 1.95% comission not for your benefit, they will then tell you your propety has devalued and you should accept a lot less for it just to get a sale , good luck if you want to loose thousands of pounds on your propety ,in a good market this company probably wouldn't operate but in this decline they have found a way to pray on the desperate and abuse them further.

Totally agree my daughter is a first time buyer saw a property advertised with Express on rightmove on taking day off to view only to be told by seller that the property was in fact £10000 more than advertised and that they had been told to advertise just to get people to view, very poor, when we contacted Express Agency stated that it was policy to do this !!!! think ill advertise my £5000 car for £200 just to get possible buyers could you imagine. Be very cautious in using this compant !!

Received excellent service from Express when purchasing a property. Our Sales Progressor (Sophie Wilcocks) was professional, courteous and attentive. All our emails/phone calls were responded to almost instantly. The solicitors recommended by Express were fast and informative (despite the 10 day Xmas closure). The property was purchased at £10K less than an identical house on sale around the corner. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Sophie!
