I have done 2 different viewings with Martin and Co and both the times it was this lady named Pauline who came for the viewings. First of all the attitude of the lady was such that she was doing a favour on me by letting me see the property and moreover the behaviour was very rude and absolutely non friendly. The standard answers to many of the questions were "i dont know" or "pls check the photos on the website". Either she had absolutely no information abt the job in hand or was deliberately reluctant to provide any information.. Absolutely pathetic..... the other staff members are quiet friendly but this person was a real bane on the entire process... Seemed like quiet biased and absolutely not a front end customer facing person....
What agent could do to change your mind?
