I would not use the agent again

I have stayed in a flat in Central Reading for more than 3 yrs and this was managed through Atlantis.
In my 5 yrs experience of renting flats and dealing with letting agents, they are clearly the worst offenders.
They are extremely unprofessional and commit daylight robbery with their hidden clauses in the agreement, the worst part was they charged me 25GBP just for a bloody reminder letter....
Myself and the owner are both highly dis-appointed with this company as they do not have any business ethics. I won't be surprised the few good reviews published here are ppl from the company itself.
The final nail in my coffin is after waiting for more than a month for my deposit they returned only part deposit and giving me some crap clauses again.I shall fight till end and won't let these team of scamsters take my money.
PLEASE AVOID THESE FRAUDS AND LOOK FOR BETTER AGENTS IN READING....

Don't believe him. He populates his offices with school yard bullies and then hides behind them,, while he sniggers in the depth of his office like some deranged golem.
He's a spineless bully with an office full of gormless nincomepoops.
