I am a landlord based in the Stockport area.
I have used the services of the Carrington Partnership for many years.
They have unrivalled knowledge of the area and they provide excellent and consistent advice in all areas of the lettings market. They look after the interests of landlords very well indeed and they also build a rappor with tenants, all of which maximises the landlord/tenant relationship.
The Carrington Partnership achieve good rents and are thorough in their vettings procedures right through to their inventories and regular property checks. The rents are always paid promptly and all deductions clearly explained.
It is also refreshing to deal with an agency who have no interest in property sales. They are lettings specialists and it shows!
As a small, family run organisation, the Carrington Partnership are a pleasure to deal with. Both Joanne & Mark are always accessible (nice to see as their name is above the door) and their entire team are professional, knowledgeable and a true pleasure to deal with.
I have recomended the Carrington Partnership to other landlords as I have the utmost confidence in their abilities.
