it took me more than 6 month to go thru.

They have been holding our deposit for several years now, but after we told them we are moving out, suddenly they don't have a record of it!
Fortunately, we have kept all the original receipts and contracts. We have visited the branch several times to ensure there won't be any problem after we moved out. However, every time we visited they rejected outright having any record of our deposit in their system, but miraculously discovered it after 30 minutes of discussion. The same scene repeated itself several times.
We have now left the property and despite the return of the full deposit agreed by the landlord, they have not paid back our

I just have few month to end up with this agency. I've call them many times and they were always putting me through to someone else.
Two month before Christmas 2010 we lost our window because of the wind in a bedroom and they were putting it back by Mid January 2011. Do you remember this cold winter? Was frizzing!!!
Oh and last month we phone theme to let them know that the frizer is not working...
Thay said that someone will come to repair it..
They never phone back.. never come.. so we waisted our food.
The house is not cheap but it is almost whole in a mole. We had to move our clothes to the hall because it was the cleanest part of our house.
I wouldn't be optimistic about giving deposit back from this agency. I think they report each phone call to them just for that to know who is pain in the ass.

Do not use Chichester branch. Incompetent and utterly useless. Rent was always late and never correct, management service one big headache. Worst agents in the world. Do not use.
