I would not use the agent again

I have used a number of letting agents, this has got to be the costliest bunch of agents operating in the UK, and certainly Enfield where they are based. They will charge you for anything and everything, then harass you every two months with very pedantic inspections of your letted property, you are not left in peace to enjoy the property and anytime there is a problem you are left waiting without any indication as to how long it will take to resolve. The team are quite dim although very good at telling convincing lies about the property and the location and that "it was professionally cleaned prior to you moving in" despite the cobwebs and bits of rice left on the kitchen worktops. I dont know what they are like for sales, but with regard to lettings avoid at all costs!
If you are renting in Enfield go to Kings or Lanes both on Baker Street.
