Generally, a very positive experience. Mark was friendly, accommodating and answered our questions when looking around properties. The buying process itself went smoothly, with the estate agents helping to make everything go as planned and chasing up little odds and ends of information from the seller when required. A minor criticism - as has been my experience with all estate agents, there was a slight tendency at the start of the buying process to feel like we were being rushed along. But overall, a hassle free experience with a friendly group of professionals. who were always prompt and communicative.
