Colin Dean have been excellent from initial contact through to preparing my property for letting and dealing with some unexpected maintenance issues - especially as this was the first time I have let a property. Communication has been excellent especially as I had moved away so I was reliant on Colin Dean to deal with everything. Ryan, especially, was proactive and great about keeping me informed.
