Never ever use Sheffield Belvoir Letting Agency!!
They never do what they are supposed to do, such as fixing things they had said they would. They are very nice at the beginning and than they become rude after signing the contract. I have never felt so insulted in my whole life by a company. They have terrible and unprofessional customer services manners! Beware!

Exactly the same experience here. Rude, ignorant, threatening. I will never rent with them ever again! And I will sue them if necessary. They can't do all of this to people - to their customers in the first place. It's disgusting.
