We engaged Michael Hardy at the beginning of September to sell my late father's home. An 'open day' was scheduled for two weeks later, but shortly after the agents board was put up an offer was made for the full asking price. This was accepted and the viewing day was then cancelled.
There were a few issues that needed to be resolved but all the staff were very helpful and efficient in all our dealings with them. The solicitor that was recommended to us by Michael Hardy was also extremely thorough and efficient which helped ease us through the process. When some information was needed urgently it was copied and taken to the solicitor's promptly The sale of the property was finalised on the 16th November and I would certainly recommend Michael Hardy to anyone considering putting their house on the market.
