I would not use the agent again

Don't trust them to manage your property.
Belvoir are a franchise and if you read other reviews from around the country they have a very poor rating. Be warned.

because only people who want to complain tend to look for review sites, on another note from experience working for a rival agency belvoir are one of the better ones, and complaints i would imagine are the same as with us, a few are justified, but most are just pain in the backside time wasters

omg liam youve opened my eyes to the truth! please, people complain because of the problems we've had. what on earth are you doing defending a rival company anyway. so why dont you just go somewhere that praises agenciws, oooh look an oxymoron
