From the moment Hannah (Apex Park, Ludlow Thompson) took on the issue I was having everything moved along so quickly, with few hiccups.
I had regular phone calls where she was informative, decisive and appeared to do all of this with good humour (always important).
The process was sorted quickly with constant reassurance that everything would work out well. The process including negoitating with an angry landlord, something that Hannah seemed to deal with, with ease.
