I would use the agent again

After a bad experience letting my property through another estate agent on Hoe Street I have been very impressed with Spencers. After inviting a number of estate agents to let the property I chose Spencers because they were completely different to the stereotyped estate agents which line Hoe Street. They are honest, polite, professional, always answer your calls and will go the extra mile to help make life easier for you. I cannot speak for other branches of Spencers but would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Spencers on Hoe Street to anyone wishing to let their property in Walthamstow - Oh an they also managed to get great tenants who take care of the place and pay their rent every month on time!
