I would not use the agent again

Exceptionally incompetent throughout. Letting process a farce, repairwork still outstanding after one year. It appears that this company has a culture of non service and non communication, regularly blaming all others (landlords, electricians, etc, etc) on own failure to deliver. Stay well clear!

I have just read your review and was very concerned by your comments. We take all complaints extremely seriously because we believe delivering the best levels of customer service is the most important thing we can achieve and if we have failed in this regard we need to do all we can to put it right.
