We used the online solicitors they recommended, having got used to the online process. Everything went to plan. House selling and purchase is a fraught time if you get stuck in a chain. Luckliy we were not, and we can say we found Hatched reliable and professional. Whether you sell depends on someone finding your house on the internet and photographs and a simple floor plan are essential marketing, all of which Hatched provide. Then the buyer needs to like your price which is your decision, not the agent's.
