We have never bought a house before and have heard a lot of bad things about estate agents so went in to the process with a sceptical approach. However, Thomas Morris were EXCELLENT! We could not fault the service they provided from initial contact to completion. All the staff in the St Ives branch are so very helpful and friendly and most importantly sincere and genuine. It never felt like they were only acting on behalf of the vendor. They put us in touch with their mortgage broker who was also excellent and made everything sound understandable which was most appreciated! We also went through their solicitors which made everything much easier. Thomas Morris were there to support us throughout the process and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
