I had a difficult sale as although the courts had issued a sale order to the ex who was living there he wouldn't leave. They kept in touch with me throughout the entire legal process and kept in touch with prospective buys to keep their interest. Over the final 6 months they marketed it and had 6/7 prospective buyers and once we obtained the property they had viewing's straight away and the property was sold within 24 hours of them receiving the keys for access. The sale was only possible because of their excellent communication skills. They even chased the purchaser when they hadn't replied quick enough to my solicitors. Highly recommended!! When I buy another property they will be the first to know I'm looking!!!
